I have Microsoft Outlook and when i try to open a link in an email, I keep getting an error message that says "the action is not allowed on this computer" and to "contact the system administrator." This is a my home computer and I am the administrator. How can I reset this to allow me to open links?

has anyone tried the Dragon dictation software NaturallySpeaking from Nuance?

I recently purchased Dragon’s NaturallySpeaking from Nuance version 11 and it seems to be working great. I’m really getting good results with it. Has anyone here tried this software?
